The best consequence of Gerald Ford’s death is that last night, shortly after midnight, some chump from Fox “News” showed up on my TV screen to admit that the Vietnam War had ended in defeat for the United States of America.
The worst consequence is that it interrupted the “Casa Bonita” episode of South Park.
